نجمع بيانات الحساب الأساسية مثل الاسم والبريد الإلكتروني، والمحتوى الذي تضيفه مثل المحادثات والمهام والتذكيرات والمصاريف والأهداف والأفكار والذاكرة، إضافة إلى معلومات تقنية محدودة لازمة للأمان وتشغيل الخدمة.

We collect basic account details, content you add (including conversations, tasks, reminders, expenses, goals, ideas, and memory), and limited technical information needed to operate and secure the service.

ربط Gmail اختياري ويتم فقط بعد موافقتك عبر Google. يطلب مدار وصولًا للقراءة فقط لاستخراج رسائل أو معلومات تساعدك في إنشاء اقتراحات وتذكيرات. لا يرسل مدار رسائل Gmail ولا يحذفها أو يعدّلها. يمكنك فصل الحساب من إعدادات مدار أو من صفحة الأمان في حساب Google.

Connecting Gmail is optional and requires your explicit Google consent. Madar requests read-only access to help extract useful information for suggestions and reminders. Madar does not send, delete, or modify Gmail messages. You can disconnect at any time in Madar or your Google Account security settings.

الربط اختياري ويتم بموافقتك من نافذة Meta. نحفظ رمز الاتصال مشفّرًا ورقم حساب بيزنس، ونزامن أسماء وأرقام جهات الاتصال لتختار محادثات الشغل. نحفظ نصوص الرسائل الجديدة في المحادثات المختارة مشفّرة لمدة تصل إلى ٣٠ يومًا، ونعالج سياقها عبر مزود الذكاء الاصطناعي المضبوط لحسابك لاستخراج مهام وتذكيرات. لا نحفظ محتوى سجل المحادثات القديم ولا نرسل رسائل واتساب. فصل الربط من مدار يحذف رمز الاتصال وجهات الاتصال والرسائل المستوردة والمراجعات؛ تظل المهام والتذكيرات المحفوظة قابلة للحذف من شاشاتها. يمكنك أيضًا إدارة صلاحيات التطبيق من Meta.

Connecting is optional and requires your approval through Meta. We store an encrypted connection token and Business number, and synchronize contact names and numbers so you can select work chats. New text messages in selected chats are encrypted and retained for up to 30 days. Their context is processed by your account’s configured AI provider to extract tasks and reminders. We do not retain old chat history or send WhatsApp messages. Disconnecting in Madar removes the token, contacts, imported messages and review records; saved tasks and reminders remain removable in their respective screens. You can also manage app permissions in Meta.

We use data to provide and personalize Madar, run reminders, protect the service, diagnose issues, and provide support. We do not sell personal data or use Gmail content for advertising.

قد نعالج الحد الأدنى اللازم من البيانات عبر مزودي الاستضافة وقواعد البيانات والذكاء الاصطناعي والبريد والتخزين المتصلين بالخدمة. يحصل كل مزود فقط على ما يلزم لأداء وظيفته وبما يتفق مع إعداداتك.

We may use hosting, database, AI, email-delivery, and storage providers. Each provider receives only the information needed for its function and subject to your selected settings.

We retain data while your account is active or as needed to provide the service and meet legal obligations. We use access controls, encryption in transit, protected connection tokens, and limited backups, although no online service can eliminate every risk.

يمكنك مراجعة كثير من بياناتك أو تعديلها أو حذفها من داخل مدار، وفصل الخدمات المتصلة في أي وقت. لطلب نسخة من بياناتك أو حذف الحساب وبياناته، تواصل معنا عبر البريد أدناه. قد تبقى نسخ احتياطية لمدة محدودة قبل حذفها تلقائيًا.

You can review, update, or delete supported data inside Madar and disconnect integrations at any time. To request an export or deletion of your account and data, contact us below. Limited backup copies may remain until their normal expiry.
