باستخدام مدار، فإنك توافق على هذه الشروط وسياسة الخصوصية. إذا لم توافق، فلا تستخدم الخدمة.

By using Madar, you agree to these Terms and the Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the service.

أنت مسؤول عن صحة بياناتك، وحماية كلمة المرور، وكل نشاط يتم من حسابك. أخبرنا فورًا إذا اشتبهت في استخدام غير مصرح به.

You are responsible for accurate account information, protecting your password, and activity under your account. Notify us promptly of suspected unauthorized use.

لا يجوز استخدام مدار لانتهاك القانون، أو الإضرار بالآخرين، أو اختراق الأنظمة، أو إرسال رسائل مزعجة، أو تحميل محتوى لا تملك حق استخدامه.

You may not use Madar to break the law, harm others, compromise systems, send spam, or upload content you do not have the right to use.

قد تكون إجابات الذكاء الاصطناعي غير دقيقة أو ناقصة. راجع المعلومات المهمة بنفسك، ولا تعتمد على مدار وحده في القرارات الطبية أو القانونية أو المالية أو في حالات الطوارئ.

AI outputs may be inaccurate or incomplete. Verify important information and do not rely solely on Madar for medical, legal, financial, or emergency decisions.

قد تختار ربط خدمات مثل Google. يخضع استخدام هذه الخدمات لشروطها وسياساتها، ويمكنك إلغاء الربط في أي وقت.

You may choose to connect third-party services such as Google. Their own terms and policies apply, and you can disconnect them at any time.

نسعى لتقديم خدمة مستقرة، لكننا لا نضمن عدم انقطاعها. قد نحدّث الخصائص أو هذه الشروط، وسننشر تاريخ السريان الجديد عند إجراء تغيير جوهري.

We aim for a reliable service but do not guarantee uninterrupted availability. We may update features or these Terms and will publish a new effective date for material changes.

يمكنك التوقف عن استخدام مدار وطلب حذف حسابك. وقد نعلّق الحساب الذي ينتهك هذه الشروط أو يعرّض الخدمة أو المستخدمين للخطر.

You may stop using Madar and request account deletion. We may suspend accounts that violate these Terms or put the service or users at risk.
